8 सप्टेंबर रोजी भारतासह जागतिक स्तरावर आंतरराष्ट्रीय साक्षरता दिवस साजरा केला जातो. या दिनाचे महत्व पटवून देण्यासाठी तसेच साक्षरतेला प्रोत्साहन देण्यासाठी भागीरथी महिला संस्था आणि रोटरी क्लब कोल्हापूर यांच्या संयुक्त विद्यमानाने रील्स स्पर्धेचे आयोजन करण्यात येत आहे. जिल्ह्यामधील विविध वरिष्ठ महाविद्यालय व कनिष्ठ महाविद्यालय यांच्यासाठी रील्स स्पर्धा व बक्षीस वितरण असा कार्यक्रम होणार असून कोल्हापूर जिल्ह्यामध्ये हा कार्यक्रम दि. ०४ सप्टेंबर २०२३ ते ०८ सप्टेंबर २०२३ रोजी ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने आयोजित केलेला आहे.

भागीरथी महिला संस्था कोल्हापूर यांच्या वतीने आंतरराष्ट्रीय साक्षरता दिनानिमित्त कोल्हापूर जिल्ह्यातील रिल्स स्टारना एक आनंदाची बातमी आहे. या कॉम्पिटिशनचे उद्दिष्ट असे आहे की 21व्या शतकात आपली वाटचाल करत असताना साक्षरतेचे महत्त्व मोठ्या प्रमाणावर पटवून देणे हा आहे. या स्पर्धेसाठी भागीरथी महिला संस्थेच्या अध्यक्षा माननीय सौ.अरुंधती महाडिक यांनी कोल्हापूर जिल्ह्यातील सर्व रील स्टार्सना आवाहन केले आहे की या स्पर्धेमध्ये मोठ्या संख्येने सहभाग नोंदवा. या स्पर्धेसाठी तब्बल 25 हजार रुपये पर्यंतची बक्षीसे निश्चित केलेली आहेत.International Literacy Day

नियम व अटी International Literacy Day

• स्पर्धेसाठी कोणत्याही प्रकारची प्रवेश फी स्वीकारली जाणार नाही.

• स्क्रिप्ट ही 1 मिनिट ते 3 मिनिटांमध्ये आसवी. 

• एक स्पर्धक केवळ एकाच गटातून सहभाग नोंदवू शकतो.

• दिलेल्या संपर्क क्रमांकावरती रील्स पाठवत आसतान त्यासोबत स्पर्धकाचे ओळखपत्र पाठवणे अनिवार्य आहे. (Student ID card / आधार कार्ड)

• आपल्या वयोगटानुसार संबंधित नंबर वरतीचं रील्स पाठवाव्यात.

• रील्स मध्ये कोणतेही असभ्य, अपमानास्पद, अश्लील आणि समाजात तेढ निर्माण होईल आसे कृत्य नसावे.

• रील्स पाठवण्याचा कालावधी 04 September 2023 सकाळी 10:00  ते 08 September 2023 दुपारी 3:00 पर्यंत राहील, या तारखे नंतर येणाऱ्या रील्स चा विचार केला जाणार नाही याची नोंद घ्यावी.

• आयोजकांचा निर्णय अंतिम आणि बंधनकारक असेल.
